The Challenge
The client needed to strengthen digital capability across 550 schools and ensure that technology investments translated into meaningful, practical value. The key challenge was equipping educators and school staff with the skills to confidently use Microsoft 365, security, compliance, Copilot and digital collaboration tools. The programme focused on enabling the workforce to effectively adopt Microsoft 365 digital tools for teaching, learning, administration and collaboration, while establishing sustainable digital practices that could evolve with the organisation’s changing needs.
Our Approach
Powered and subcontracted by Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider, Digital Express Technologies delivered a structured digital enablement programme focused on driving adoption, building user confidence and embedding technology into everyday school activities. The approach helped 550 schools move beyond simply having access to technology to achieving meaningful and sustainable digital adoption.
