The Challenge
Our client embarked on a initiative aimed at transforming teaching and learning through reliable digital infrastructure. The programme required a scalable, cost-effective, and future-ready connectivity solution that could be implemented in phases based on budget availability, infrastructure readiness, and each school's level of digital maturity.
The objective was to provide schools with a secure, high-performance network capable of supporting digital classrooms, online learning, administrative systems, and future educational technologies.
Our Approach
Working as a subcontracted implementation partner to leading technology provider, Digital Express Technologies successfully delivered the end-to-end deployment of connectivity across at least 20 schools. Our scope of work included:
End-to-end project planning and implementation
Enterprise-grade internet connectivity deployment
Structured Local Area Network (LAN) installation
Campus-wide Wi-Fi infrastructure
Network equipment installation and configuration
Testing, commissioning, and quality assurance
User acceptance and handover
Ongoing support aligned with service level requirements
