Our client is one of the leading institutions in the field of renewable energy, and they engaged us to deliver a practical Small Business Management and Technology Development Programme as part of its Enterprise Development (ED) funding initiative. Small business owners in rural communities and small towns often face gaps in business management, digital skills and access to practical learning opportunities, limiting their ability to manage and grow their businesses independently. There was a need for a structured programme that could provide practical skills, expert guidance and continued access to learning and mentorship beyond the initial training.
